Description
“ALIER-55” is a portable installation for reconditioning or hardening of components in the manual mode with special hand instrument (a vibration exciter).

The hardening of components is carried out by the standard TiCo, WCo carbides or special electrodes of integrated micro/nanocristalline structures. The reconditioning of components is performed by the electrodes made from wide used in the industry types of steels, metals and different аlloys.

A generator of new generation contains a microcontroller monitoring unit, which allows to select optimal operating mode rapidly and visually. The generator analyzes the state of interelectrode spacing and flexible regulates the input energy into the interelectrode spacing in order to stabilize the transfer parameters of material from the electrode to the component. Also the generator contains a self-testing system of working capacity with indication.

The generator is adaptable which supports both the dependent and the independent modes.

The generator contains the gas-switch elements for coating application in the gas-shielded arc medium.

The cooling of hand instrument is performed by the air.
