Description
“ALIER-31” is a portable installation for hardening of small-lot metal and wood-working tools in the manual mode. The installation is designed for application of reconditioned coatings in the manual mode with special hand instrument (a vibration exciter).

“ALIER-31” can be used to repair damaged components made of iron, constructional or chisel steels, aluminum alloys.

The hardening of components is carried out by the standard TiCo, WCo carbides or special electrodes of integrated micro/nanocristalline structures. The reconditioning of components is performed by the electrodes made from wide used in the industry types of steels, metals and different аlloys.

The installation also can be used for local electroerosion removing of material from the metal products in a liquid medium.

A generator is adaptable which supports both the dependent and the independent modes.

The generator control unit analyzes the state of interelectrode spacing and flexible regulates the input energy into the interelectrode spacing in order to stabilize the transfer parameters of material from the electrode to the component.
